In reply to foyt, yes Cypriums borrowings will be $250-260m. They have all infrastructure in place, just some refurb required. But payback is around 3 years as they'll be doing 25,000 tons of copper cathode plate per annum not concentrate. They have an in principle off take with Glencore for 6 years (phase 1) awaiting execution. Production slated H2 2023.

I think the $280m is already spent and paid for - equity - Working plant, declines, mining plan etc. $30m to restart needed.
PROCRASTINATION is unwelcome at this critical stage.
