I cannot agree with your logic on this one. They need circa $30million. A cap raise at.05c is 600,000,000 shares! That is not the sort of dilution that we should be wishing for when we already have >1.1billion shares on issue.

I would rather a debt facility that has a reasonable payback structure including early repayment which is what I understand they are trying to achieve.

What would you really prefer? Debt ($30m) paid down in 12 to 18 months and circa 1.1 billion SOI, or >1,700,000,000 SOI?
