I deleted Instagram a while ago because it was a distraction, but my understanding is they are using it for both B2B and B2C lead gen, and is a relatively new development.
One of the criticisms I saw repeatedly on Trust Pilot and Amazon with the B2C subscription business is that customers got candies they didn’t want or like. Ie they got a random assortment of candies in their subscription. I believe Candy Club is now selling direct to customers without the need for a subscription, which gives customers the freedom to pick and choose what they want, when they want it. I expect this will translate to a better customer experience so hopefully we see a return to growth in the B2C segment in future reporting periods.
