Gun, I am no mining expert but I would expect this statement to be included in all commissioned geological assessments with respect to mining. The geo-tech company is covering it's own butt. It's like getting a buliding report for a house you want to buy - you are paying a third party to find all the faults it can. Then you make your own assessment as to what risk you take on. Investors who think mining is too risky should not be in this space. IMO, DYOR
