I agree...
I think BLM approval will take it over 30c easily followed by a number of updates....$1 in no time is really foreseeable. I'm glad I'm on this ship now rather than later. The BLM approval can drop anytime and I'll patiently wait to hear that update from the company rather than from chains of emails from receptionists and admin staff at the BLM office.
