The only possible roadblock for PMY is Henan.

In a lot of stocks I've invested in with Chinese partners/potential investors I've noticed that one should be cognizant of the fact that the Chinese have a different philosophy when it comes to business. They believe in a win-win for themselves with shareholders often getting the short end of the stick. I'm not suggesting that's the case with PMY and not all Chinese partners operate the same way however I've seen this MO often enough to be mindful of it.

As for PMY, A CR at a higher SP will help with dilution. Let's hope it works out for us holders.
