Is / can anyone explain rationally how this can be allowed by the regulator, especially given their (NE's) disclosure. Once upon a time guys like Renee Rivken (who I hear some ask.....) were all but jailed for insider this and insider that, and now we have NE who repeatedly get to ramp and invest in minnows with prior knowledge, and go UNTOUCHED by any form of regulator.
How the fahk does this continue to be OK?
