I am still yet to have anyone explain how when they drop 'an email', or buy article - with all the crap, that it's not insider trading, when these generally happen in the hour or so before the market is advised through 'so called disclosure' on the ASX announcement platform?

Personally not interested in playing their games, nor with fire, as many have - and will, be burned.

Still just miffed as to how this can be explained by anyone - as to how it's even a legal process WRT these companies and their disclosure responsibilities.

Why can't anyone retail have that info (ie: JORC update today) yesterday, or last week as per NI, and have loaded up in anticipation?
They were bombing emails yesterday FFS, so clearly had all the info before the market was made aware by the company.
