Completely agree with what you say and have a buy but my price hasn't been hit and I don't see value at the current price but WTF do I know...
The only part I disagree with is the artificial manipulation of the SP, the fundamentals suggest a CR as you point out and that will shake the tree and we'll see where it ends, unfortunately usually in tears LOL
