Scoping study assumptions, particularly prices achieved for garnet, look optimistic to me. But then again that's just based off googling searches on historical price trends, etc. These projects with niche industrial minerals seem to rarely work out how the scoping study envisages it - look at former darling Andromeda resources (ADN).
