Listen m8, can't you understand that he doesn't want any of what you're saying to be true? (even though it is). The lack of a public commodity market would for most people necessitate a pretty hefty risk premium to any feasibility study, but we don't talk about that too much because it's rather a sensitive topic.
Anyway, those of us with more optimistic views believe there is a lot of rubies in the beachy stuff.
