The timing of the Pharma Partner being announced wasn't discussed, it never is.
The discussion focused on the enormous market potential for an MQC Module under the APAS-PHARMA brand.
For me it doesn't really matter who the MNC Pharma is. Assuming they paid for the proof-of-concept, we wouldn't have heard about it if it were a flop. The cost to develop the MQC Module might be AUD5M; none of the top 10 MNC Pharmas made less than USD12Bn last year. So money is no object. The top 10 is made up of 6 US and 4 EU corporations. The proof of concept used Thermo Fisher media, but this doesn't guarantee the Pharma is US based. If it works, they will all want it.
Estimate number of Bio/Pharmaceutical clean rooms in use today = 11,000. APAS is profitable at 1,000 clinical labs.
