Every time AEE makes an announcement, the only change to the price is down. How about enough of the fluff announcements and only release one when something concrete is in place.
My theory is that they probably dont even want to start this mine and are waiting for someone else to come along and buy them out. Or take them over. Maybe they should work on that instead of these flimsy announcements.
