Last time I thought this was a short it had an insane rally - couldn't see why - but couldn't argue with the market - that was late May.
If you double the first half guidance (would be very optimistic) and give it a 16x multiple -we are about there now. However if you assume that H2 will be worse, maybe we have some way to go. Also maybe 16x is too high - I doubt there is a bright future for ALQ just around the corner, so the market is probably factoring in worse results for the time being. If they were to become a price taker - could net (NPAT%) margins hit near zero at some stage just to keep their labs ticking over? That would probably be a definite bottom.
