It seems that rather than go external to onboard new clients, they cross sold the product between PPH & CCB clients.
Seems an easier option to sell when you already have a foot in the door (although 309 new clients to the donor mgmt system is less than the ~500 in 1H19). It does beg the question whether it's harder to sell, and also what are those 130 odd salespeople doing?
