It does, but.. Hartleys is only here for one reason, they are preparing for a major capital raising.
My guess is later in the year, GCY will raising approx $50m to ensure they can get Dalgaranga into production. The last capital raising was done well, I am sure the insto's are all on board already, especially when they know what is coming.
I have a small holding left, as GCY is IMHO very fairly valued compared to its peers. That being said, I still think in the long term it will do well.
