I am in your camp oxxa as regards timing, I think the big question is if? as there are multitudes of other potential suppliers (even if their product is inferior, they may take a far lower price). The chairman was quoted as saying that after the chinese had done their tests and were approved the ceo would be in China to do those final negotiations(hopefully final) in January. So at the very least we should soon hear the same old negotiations were positive but hopefully ''heads of agreeement are being drawn up once the board ticks off the negotiation,'' very soon.(on the other hand if we hear nothing in the next few weeks it will be a fight for the exits.)
