This beginning to look like a protection measure against one company and insurance against the rest to prevent the same behavior.
It will soon be settled and hopefully we can get on with business as normal.
It looks like 16% at worst will be a rational outcome with the threat of 50% for the biggest offender and a warning to others not to try the same unscrupulous behavior.
