Silver hit $30 U.S. on the 1st of February apparently driven by a reddit crowd after they finished playing with gamestop. IVR hit 12c that day and equalled it again a few weeks ago with the silver price around $28.
Announcements aside, my guess would be around 12c, maybe more if silver could maintain more than a month or two in a row above $30 U.S..
