I think PH has demonstrated his unparalleled ability to delay all the tasks he has undertaken so far. But I suspect this is to keep with POS tradition of delaying everything. This is nothing new as proved below (newspaper article from 1970):



So, PH has demonstrated that he is probably the POS MD the most adept as putting the above philosophy in practice. However, this is not why we SHs have invested in this company.
