Either way if it gets there then great, its a rough 20% dilute upon which the company banks circa $14m on conversion.

If not, the strategic investor has a clear run to pick up a 20% holding at a premium price to the expected SP as stated by the company..

Now that seems like a bit of a win win situation, "Whattdya reckon" unless of course I just woke up & realized "we aint in Kansas anymore Toto!"
