Agree with you, I know for one i would have got out if he informed us he wasn't going to try to get the MS1051 and his reasons for it back in January 22, I would have still been in front back then.. Probably a lot of share holders would have sold quickly back then with that knowledge and he obviously presumed that' so didn't want to take the risk informing us. And he still has the info used on the announcements to string us all along. Low,low,low Sounds like the de merger hasn't even seriously been looked over. All BS
