Remember the raise in Sep 2023? The one for $4.5m instos only. In fact both have been insto only but this was the the one that came with the free options. Well that's the raise 2 of the of the directors wanted to be part of. Clearly they also wanted those options.
A big move is on the horizon
So now they have shares, performance rights and options.
Richard Homsany- Purchased $100k of shares and got 150k listed options
Michel Marier- Also purchased $100k of shares and got 100k listed option
Michel Marier also bought anther $41k on market a few months ago
