Maybe his wife is a big holder or kids. Not enough to draw attention, but enough to be a lot without drawing attention.
For tax reasons and privacy, people do make those sort of arrangements.
Hes a lawyer and an accountant. He would know the most favourable way to structure ownership.
A great person to have in charge at a time like this. IMHO.
