I recall RH being quite vocal on "timing". For all his apparent failures it seems like the timing for the upcoming news flow is perfect.
In fact listening to 2GB now on Peter Duttons uranium policy. Its big news, big election battleground. All they want is to be able to mine it and sell it globally.
