I wonder when it demerges.
How many shares will be issued.
If current TOE holders get 1 for 1, then they need 121 million for starters
If the public at large can buy in with the ipo how would that get worked out.
Based on how many shares are applied for, private placements. How do they come up with the number.
I have not been in this situation before so dont know
