It's possible he may have had it mind to put off some companies who would like the mix of Nickel, Gold and Uranium all in the one close proximity. And he may have inside info we don't know of but we will never know.
He did start talking of a possible demerger well over a year ago so my guess is it isn't an intentional ploy to discourage bidders I think we have just got into a mind set of thinking negative on everything because of where we are with the Toe share price and where we believe we should be.
