Why do you think the insto's & big retail holders, haven't shitcanned RH yet?
In the mines I come from, they're ruthless, if you don't perform you're out. And the higher you got, the more ruthless it got. There is zero tolerance for poor judgement & poor performance. The pressure to not make mistakes, and to add value to the company is huge.
Every single raise, for the last 5yrs, has cost the insto's dearly. They don't even have a haul road linking to Lake Maitland yet. Every promise has been shattered. They have no M&I resource, no mining permit, no DFS...they have millions in sunk cost into a failed gold & nickel shitshow, that they now need to pay the cost of, to demerge. I mean, who are these insto's and large retail holders? Are they family?
Got any thoughts on how he's been allowed to stay on for so long, with horror show that's unfolded?
