It sure does! Why does TOE keep losing value when record amounts of money are pouring into U stocks and the sector as a whole? It’s great to see, but the companies with quality management, who are able to progress are enjoying all the liquidity arriving. The companies with poor leadership and poor form are not seeing a cent of it, even if they have world class assets like TOE does!
