I have nothing to do with these ppl other than I own shares.

Some I am down on, some I am up on.
I voted against the remuneration, with my larger account, the other I didnt. I agree that when things are quiet, top dollar is over the top, but then how else do you retain high calibre ppl who can earn more else where.

Why on earth would anyone not want at this very time the very specific skill sets of RH at the helm.

RH may not have earned his keep so to speak over the last few years because of market conditions and not his fault, but I think the next few years he will be redeemed .

Thing is, you cant have some one shelved and paid little waiting for fruit to ripen or they move on to greener pastures. Corporate Lawyers and Accountants are not cheap. RH is both.

The blame game that he didnt renew the permit etc. These things are not one man decisions. BOD’s and management discuss, vote, then proceed.

So having my views as I do is not as an insider but a shareholder.

I think RH presentations have been very informative, not lacking as some here say. I am looking forward to tomorrow..

I looked at what the Sentient Partners earn with their high net worth long time holding wealthy clients and pension funds.

Makes RH look underpaid.

I truely believe the stock price has had help to slide and for that reason I have loaded up as close to .30 as I could get.
If it goes lower, I’ll think about that then.
