Good scare campaign mate, did you read the pfs properly or have you been around for the last 12 months?
Spanish gov and EU will fund majority of this project at low interest loans, INF wont have any issue with funding.
Also a partner will chip in for funding, assume the 25% to be aquired at some point to be re sold to the higest bidder.
