This wont satisfy clause 11 if he had access to insider information.
If he decides to move on, maybe there's a grievance with the sale bonus which he is not part of (refer announcement 07/10/2020). Or there is severe financial hardship, satisfying clause 10.

Maybe you are right that he is selling and running away but unlikely it's because the chip failed or not viable (insider trading), more likely personal circumstances.

Anyway if somebody is going to sell, it will be clear 24hrs after releasing of Half Year results (black out period).

However whoever is doing this, is probably not doing him/herself a favour given a large sellout will crash the sp and together his/her holding in the process.

Rationally if i were to sell because the chip fails, i would release some pump news and do it quietly.
