Hi JJ, you reported "their margins we terrible in the Q3 FY17, as they decided to price their Alixcool product at a price point that was assuming that they were going to buy their raw materials in bulk. At that point their COGS was higher due to the smaller volume."

However in the quarterly AJX reported that "The increase in these payments reflect a timing difference between acquisition of raw materials for the manufacture of finished goods and the revenue recognized in the later parts of the quarter."

Im very confused, was it a "timing issue" or a "price point" issue that caused the $5.2m negative cash flow?
