Think Gordon is agreeing with hottod.
Basically saying that even though rates may be high due to the short term nature of the loan plus the fact that there is no proven profit as security, since the loan is being used to increase growth sales and profit of the company, the BOD (board of directors) considers it worth the cost.
Thats my translation anyway =)
