Something I took out of the talk was Dirk's reason for not disclosing customer names. Apparently these customers don't like being associated with the word "Flame" and "Cancer". I.e they probably don't want their customers to even know something has been FR treated such as the bedding industry. And as to the "not being carcinogen", they don't want their customers coming back saying "so everything before this was carcinogen". Nothing that would have ever bothered me but its obviously from a marketers view point
