MB. Agree. That BMV listing document showed, in my opinion, crap current assets detailed in US$, many shares already on issue, RMX taking up around 30% of raising, and a huge proportion of the total listing funds going to facilitating broker, other raising costs, salary to management team. And RMX took shares up in BMV, and when BMV need to put in extra funds where will that come from. I still can't fathom why RMX did that. Rmx board has not told us what the benefit of that action is. To put away our shareholder (quite a substantial amount in my view) funds into BMV with no pre-disclosure to do so, and I point to the Feb 2016 prospectus, which was the last doc where they could have outlined that they planned to do so, is not on. Interesting couple of weeks coming up.
