Rubbish.

The milestones for the performance shares were linked to revenue, no type of revenue was specified. ASIC has now decided to allege that there was no benefit or little benefit to shareholders but in my opinion that will be very difficult to prove and it appears that ASIC is doing this to help out the ASX and others. Shareholders have not benefitted from the actions of the ASX or ASIC and that will continue for as long as ISX stays listed in Australia.
