He is targeting retail shareholders in an attempt to influence them to vote in favor of the "Demerger" . Because if they do vote for the "Demerger", and the little plan proceeds, then little nick is free to sell the shares he claims he "owns", as they will be released from all the current legal claims!

He is free to take his money and run.

I think* ( *I have no proof) that he is running out of money *(* 10m tax bill, legal bills etc.) and desperately needs to liquidate at least some of his ISX holdings. I think he is desperate. look at him having to transfer his house to his wife! Trying to "visit" Cyprus...

And the ultimate irony is that it will be the very same retail shareholders that vote for the "demerger" that will suffer the most. Digging their own graves due to their blind allegiance to their messiah.

Chances of winning all 3 cases?
You wouldn’t be human if you weren’t feeling the pressure and thinking what if the decisions dont go my way.

Wouldn’t be the first CEO that when push comes to shove they look out for there own interests before there company.
