    ASX blocked a couple of announcements they deemed factually incorrect. I don't know what their internal processes are, and again, I'm not trying to defend ASX here. There are some aspects of this case that have raised questions about ASX processes, for sure.

    However, I wasn't posting an opinion there. You've just tried to move to another topic, but this was a straightforward view that is by-and-large agreed by both sides here.
    - ASX wanted to give shareholders information
    - JK went to the courts to try to stop them.

    Two important notes here:
    - I, along with many others on both sides here, have been irritated at the lack of info coming out of ASX, so JK actually going to court to silence them from sharing with us is irritating.
    - We paid for it. The legal costs of JK trying to prevent us receiving information. They were paid by ISX.

    Doesn't matter whether you agree with the info, or dislike the ASX, or whatever. JK spent our money to try to gag the ASX from releasing their reports to us.
