ASX will probably want to settle out of court. The damage to their reputation alone may cause some in power to look at curtailing their authority here. If ASX loses they lose 1) $400M plus in claims 2) Cost of their legal action plus cost of our legal action $500,000 say 3) Possible review of their powers.
