Joe is providing his views without any references and referring to ours as dumb:
"Until you accept that you will continue to make the dumb argument and false equivilence that ISX suffered injustice compared to other companies."
If Joe has no financial interest (as he says, which I don't believe) and wants to be seen to be providing unbiased views, wouldn't it be appropriate for him to back things up with references, especially as ASX has now provided their defence?
He refuses and then repeats those same (misleading) views again and again and again.
