I think Nasha is right. This has happened on more then one occasion in the last 2 years where ISX release there claims or interpretations and everyone starts saying smoking gun and talks about how it’s all over for ASX and stats adding millions to the claim. Low and behold though nothing happens and ASX continue to go down there path.
I want ISX to relist as much as anyone but know too well that ASX will have a case to present and it will be decided by the judge.
