Hu guys, Just having another look at the SOC this morning and paragraph 5C stood out to me.

(c) Calissa Aldridge (Senior Executive Leader Market Supervision) of ASIC asked if there was information that ASIC could share with ASX which would facilitate a decision to suspend such as the documents from the financial reporting group and Kevin Lewis said that “certainly it would assist”;

My interpretation: ASIC should have asked what information they could share with ASX to live up to its obligations as a market operator. Instead, they offered to share information to help validate an unjust suspension.
