My interpretation: ASIC should have asked what information they could share with ASX to live up to its obligations as a market operator. Instead, they offered to share information to help validate an unjust suspension.

I woke this morning in anticipation of reading an article in the AFR about the "Shadowy" market operator but nothing. Maybe they are just putting the finishing touches on that piece ;-)
