ASX will be underwritten by an insurer in my view. That insurer must be very concerned right now and I expect would be keen to mitigate the risk by settling. If they agreed to pay damages ASX would have to agree to reinstatement or an orderly transfer to a new exchange (unless ISX just jump first). Interesting times!!!
