This won’t settle quickly imo.

Remember, the ASX is run by blind and incompetent people. We have two years proof of this.

The ASX will march to the settlement table with their big boy muscle still thinking balance of power rests with them.

Their settlement offer will be disgusting, rude and laughable. Again, driven by an arrogant and head in the sand approach. They don’t seem to be able to change their thinking.

JK will waste his time if he even listens to their offer.

JK should take them the whole way through the court to maximise the outcome to ISX shareholders and maximise the pain, embarrassment, reputation damage etc to ASX and ASIC. As painful as it will be regarding time, I think this is best for us shareholders.

ASX have locked up our capital for over two years without reason, they need to be held accountable for it.
