Your main point is correct. Dr T has said that it's more efficient for him to use social media rather than answering the same question many times individually
One correction.
The COH June 2020 FTO article was found by a shareholder (not Wombat or me) who notified RAC directly without posting on HC.
A few hours later, Wombat posted the same information on HC.
RAC didn't find out via HC.
(But 99.99% of shareholders did.)
