We will have to wait and see. The piggyback options have real value even if the SP is below 75c in June next year. The 75c option are 1 for 20 and not everyone will take them up (nobody ever does even when options are in the money) there will not be many additional shares on issue (less than 5%). We have over 2.5 years before the piggyback options expire - if the SP is under $1.25 then it means we have failed to deliver on our promise and the shareholders would be right to not convert.
The Bonus Option structure has been designed to reward shareholders, raise modest capital to maximise shareholder returns and put the decision making in the hands of the shareholders. To me this looks like a win for all.
