One question that comes from this is whether Race is raising enough funds to pursue the big opportunities right now or are we shying away because of dilution concerns? It wouldn’t help to be here in 2 years time and say “if only we had the funds or mgmt priority”. The buck not only stops with you and the board, the current set of SHs may no longer be in a forgiving mood 2 years hence.
So I am just asking the question- are we pursuing the big opportunities right now? (Funds, time and resources will always be a constraint even to the biggest companies)
(Just using IMU example, they don’t shy away from dilution to raise funds to pursue these opportunities, not that I suggest that level of dilution)
