This is a really complex topic, but basically no we could not have started the trials in Australia any faster than the current timeline. This is one of the minor positives out of all the recent drama that the team at Race kept the manufacturing and safety studies going pretty much on track. They really should be applauded for their effort and dedication.

Producing drug to Phase 3 level is more about process (proving you can produce consistent batches) rather than any level of purity, etc. All we really need to do is produce more batches of RC220 at ever larger scales which we will do as we need.
